  • Solstice® N40 (R-448A):
    This lower-GWP nonflammable (A1) refrigerant is for low- and medium-temperature supermarket refrigeration retrofits and new systems. It demonstrates lower energy consumption, increased refrigeration capacity, and coefficient of performance (COP) compared to R404A. Learn more

  • Solstice® 454C (R-454C):
    This <150 GWP, mildly flammable (A2L) refrigerant is a close match to R-404A equipment design. It demonstrates nearly 10% improved efficiency, within 8% capacity, and 96% lower GWP than R-404A. Learn more

    Mildly flammable (A2L refrigerant), ultra-low GWP, and non-corrosive in comparison to ammonia, which is toxic, highly corrosive, and can pose serious risks to human health. R-1234ze also offers a significant improvement in chiller application efficiency over ammonia. Learn more

  • Solstice® zd (R-1233zd): Nonflammable (A1), ultra-low GWP of <1, better capacity, and similar efficiency to R-123. It provides higher efficiency in renewable heat and waste recovery in mobile and stationary applications when compared to R-245fa. Learn more

  • Solstice 513A (R-513A):
    Non-ozone depleting, low GWP, nonflammable (A1), HFO- based refrigerant developed to replace R-134a in new flooded and/or centrifugal chillers. It offers an optimal balance of properties, including high energy efficiency and lower GWP.
