Channel Partner / Distributor
A Channel Partner or Distributor serves as an intermediate entity in the supply chain that purchases products directly from Honeywell and then resells them to end users or resellers. They do not add on additional services or support with purchase. These Channel Partners/Distributors have a signed agreement with Honeywell to act as an Authorized Representative of Honeywell.
Channel Reseller
Buys product direct from Honeywell or from a Honeywell authorized Distributor. Their primary role is to resell products to End Users, other Resellers. They do not add on additional services or support with purchase. Channel Resellers may have a signed contract with Honeywell.
