Completion of the spin-off is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2025.

As we stand up our new company, we will focus relentlessly on meeting your needs with high levels of responsiveness and the industry-leading products and solutions on which you depend. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition for you from the Honeywell Advanced Materials business to Solstice Advanced Materials. We appreciate your support in documenting your company’s consent to assign our agreement(s) with you and in updating your internal systems with our new vendor information.

We look forward to this exciting transition and continuing to serve you with innovative and sustainable solutions. For more information about the new company, please see below.
