HydroBlock® PCTFE Barrier Films

HydroBlock® 22a I Series film is a PCTFE copolymer, high performance barrier film for industrial and electronics applications that provides outstanding water vapor barrier and excellent chemical high clarity resistance:

• 22A 1500 I with 1.5 mm thickness
• 22A 2000 I with 2 mm thickness
• 22A 3000 I with 3 mm thickness
• 22A 5000 I with 5 mm thickness

HydroBlock^® P-Series FC film is a PCTFE copolymer that combines outstanding moisture barrier with excellent chemical resistance and deep draw forming characteristics. It is used for military and industrial packaging applications:

• P750FC with 0.75 mm thickness
• P2000FC with 2 mm thickness
• P7800FC with 7.8 mm thickness

HydroBlock^® P-Series HS film is a PCTFE copolymer film with the ability to heat seal to itself utilizing impulse sealing methods:

• P2000HS with 2 mm thickness
• P3000HS with 3 mm thickness
• P5000HS with 5 mm thickness
• P7500HS with 7.5 mm thickness

HydroBlock® PS Series film is a high-performance structure combining a PCTFE durable cover film layered with an outdoor grade of pressure-sensitive adhesive + a peelable PET liner:

• PS2000N with 2 mm thickness for efficient and simple field application to a variety of surfaces.
• PS4000N with 4 mm thickness is designed for harsh environments where high levels of moisture protection and abrasion resistance are desired.
• AG2500N offers efficient and simple field application to a variety of surfaces.

HydroBlock^® P-Series TR film is a poly-chloro-tri-fluoroethylene homopolymer, high performance barrier film for industrial and electronics applications. It provides outstanding water vapor barrier and excellent chemical resistance with high clarity:

• P600TR with 0.6 mm thickness
• P800TR with 0.8 mm thickness
• P900TR with 0.9 mm thickness
• P2000TR with 2 mm thickness
• P3000TR with 3 mm thickness
• P4000TR with 4 mm thickness
• P6000TR with 6 mm thickness
